Đổ 200g bột gạo, 500ml nước lọc, 100ml nước vôi trong và 3g muối vào nồi, khuấy đều cho hỗn hợp tan.

Đặt chảo/nồi lên bếp, mở lửa vừa. Pha nước mắm bằng cách cho 200ml nước lọc, 40ml nước mắm, 50g đường và 5ml giấm vào, khuấy đều đến khi đường tan rồi tắt bếp.
Cho bánh đúc nóng ra bát, thêm thịt băm và nước mắm vào ăn cùng. Có thể cho thêm một ít ớt vào để tăng vị cay tùy khẩu vị.
