Very easy to replace the face plate, insert the wifi module and get the app up and running. I have been using it at home to watch, make sure all is well. Fun to sit here, and decide to have a zone water something for a selected duration. I took mi iPad to a local Starbucks to see if I could control from there and I did! Still not sure how the wifi actually works from any wifi location without anything more than having wifi. But it did. Will be in a more remote area tomorrow, and I will give it a go. Anyway, I am so far very happy with this!

Excellent WiFi Controler
Bought this to replace a WeatherMatic controller (10 + years old) and it was very easy to install and connect to our home network. Be sure to take a picture of your existing wires so you know which one controls each sprinkler zone - makes swapping them out very easy. Had to purchase additional modules because we have 18 zones but it was easy to install. WiFi connection is great, can be activated with Alexa and the app is easy to use. During sprinkler activation this year, I was able to walk around the yard, turn on each zone with my phone and make adjustments as needed, rather than having to walk back to the garage each time to turn on the next zone. You can also get alerts when a zone turns on/off. I haven't used the seasonal adjust feature yet as the watering season has just began but I understand it works great. I also like the option of having it delay a watering because of rain - my last one wouldn't do that. Very happy with this sprinkler timer.

I was so sick of running around house setting watering cycles. This has made s great difference. Easy to install. You can add photos of zones. I can just use app to add or delete time.
