Thịt lợn xay nhỏ

Cho thêm hành lá, tỏi băm, hành khô, súp, mì chính, tiêu trộn đều lên thành hỗn hợp

Trứng gà đập ra bát đánh đều cho bông lên

Cho bột chiên giòn và xù ra 2 đĩa

Sau đó nặn thịt viên thành miếng vừa ăn. Lăn qua bột chiên giòn (mịn), lăn qua trứng rồi lăn vào bột chiên xù.
