Luộc trứng chín lòng đào nếu bạn thích lòng đỏ còn ướt trong 6.30p hoặc luộc chín như hình là 9p. Trứng chín đúng độ cần thiết thì vớt ra cho ngay vào thau nước đá lạnh để hạ nhiệt cũng như dễ dàng bóc vỏ trứng. Chuẩn bị Coca, Sake, nước tương, lấy túi lọc cho hoa hồi, quế vào.
Lấy nồi nhỏ đổ Coca + nước tương + Sake + túi lọc hoa hồi, quế vào cùng. Đun sôi và hạ nhỏ lửa đun trong 3p. Tắt bếp vớt bỏ túi lọc và để nguội. Sau đó đổ nước ngâm vào hủ + trứng đã bóc vỏ, dùng nắp nhựa chèn que tre để cố định trứng luôn nằm dưới mực nước ngâm. Đậy kín nắp cho vào tủ lạnh, sau 2h là dùng được rồi. Theo kinh nghiệm thì ngâm qua đêm trứng ngấm vị ăn sẽ ngon hơn. Với những bạn làm nhiều thì trữ lạnh dùng dần được 5 -7 ngày nhé.
