Dùng máy trộn đều hỗn hợp sữa, bột mì, 30g đường, dầu ăn và muối. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp vào tủ lạnh khoảng 30 phút.

Lấy bột làm vỏ bánh crepe ra khỏi tủ lạnh. Sau đó đun nóng chảo rùi cho bơ vào tráng mặt chảo. Múc khoảng 1 giá nhỏ hỗn hợp bột rùi láng đều khắp chảo, cho số lượng bột vừa phải đừng quá dày sẽ không ngon. Nấu cho đến khi màu nâu nhạt sau đó sử dụng thìa lật vỏ crepe. Cả hai bên màu nâu vàng nhạt là được.
Lấy một vỏ crepe và đặt nó trên đĩa. Rồi lấy 1 muỗng hỗn hợp kem phô mai phết đều giữa của vỏ crepe. Sau đó lấy 1 muỗng mứt dâu tây cho vào giữa của vỏ crepe. Gập 2 bên cạnh vào giữa và trang trí vài lát dâu tây, rắc thêm chút đường bột là được.
