Mr. Trump asked the FBI to return the document

Mr. Trump asked the FBI to return the documents they seized in Mar-A-Lago were protected by the privileges he thought he was entitled to.

It is known that the FBI, in the famous raid aimed at Mar-A-Lago, took away boxes of documents with the privileged 'lawyer-client' and also documents with the privilege of 'executive',

Former President Trump in New York on August 10.

Fox News on August 13 quoted unnamed sources of the problem that the US Federal Investigation Department (FBI) collected 5 boxes containing information protected by law privileges - clients in private search.

Under the search order, FBI agents are entitled to seize any documents or records with confidential signs or related to defense transmission or confidential documents.

Explaining his actions, the former US President affirmed that he decided those documents.

The privilege of the law - the client requires all communications and exchanges between lawyers and their clients to be kept tight throughout the investigation process, while the executive privilege allows the US President to keep some information secret.

But the executive privilege is not absolute.

The former Trump President has cited the privilege of the previous executive in an attempt to prevent documents transferred to a Representative Committee of the House of Representatives responsible for investigating the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.
